BECOMING OUR SERVICE COORDINATOR - DISPATCHER
Schedule:
You'll enjoy a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 9 AM and 5:30 PM.
Day-to-Day:
As a Service Coordinator - Dispatcher, you'll become the hub of our operations, seamlessly coordinating service requests and dispatching skilled technicians to solve our clients' needs. Your responsibilities will include drafting and submitting accurate quotes, assessing and dispatching technicians, providing detailed status updates to clients, and managing purchase orders. With your exceptional multi-tasking abilities and communication skills, you'll ensure that every job is completed to our high standards, leaving our clients satisfied and impressed!
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or higher
- 2 years of experience in retail management, dispatching, project management, or customer service
- Willingness to work in the office
- Willingness to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekends on occasion
Preferred qualifications include proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, an average typing speed of 40 WPM, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience with Apple technology.
