The ideal candidate is someone who has strong painting operations experience, preferably in a franchise setting. This person is an excellent communicator and coach, and is driven by supporting entrepreneurs in their journey of business ownership.
What You'll Be Working On:
Provide strategic guidance and coaching to franchisees to enhance their business performance and operational efficiency.
Conduct regular evaluations of franchisees' performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to drive growth.
Interpret financial statements such as P&L, cash flow statements and recommend areas of opportunity for franchise partners.
Participate and contribute to our comprehensive training programs to equip franchisees with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Assist in the development and implementation of franchise system enhancements, including operational processes, communication channels, and best practices.
Successfully reinforces brand standards and quality standards.
Offer ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their business goals.
Conduct regular site visits to assess operational performance and provide guidance on improving efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with the executive team to identify market trends, analyze competition, and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Participate in new franchise training and ongoing training program development.
What You'll Bring With You:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university OR· 6 years related experience and/or training
Experience in the painting industry required
Strong sales, operations, and administration acumen
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable
Able to travel 25%-30% of the time

Compensation: Base Salary Monthly bonus opportunities up to $5,000
