Franchise Business Coach

We’re looking for an experienced business/franchise professional in the painting industry to help us strengthen our franchise coaching team within our That 1 Painter brand. Our parent company, ResiBrands, is the platform company that supports That 1 Painter, GarageUp, and Pink’s Window Services franchises. The ideal candidate is someone who has strong painting operations experience, preferably in a franchise setting. This person is an excellent communicator and coach, and is driven by supporting entrepreneurs in their journey of business ownership.

What You'll Be Working On:

• Provide strategic guidance and coaching to franchisees to enhance their business performance and operational efficiency.

• Conduct regular evaluations of franchisees' performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to drive growth.

• Interpret financial statements such as P&L, cash flow statements and recommend areas of opportunity for franchise partners.

• Participate and contribute to our comprehensive training programs to equip franchisees with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

• Assist in the development and implementation of franchise system enhancements, including operational processes, communication channels, and best practices.

• Successfully reinforces brand standards and quality standards.

• Offer ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their business goals.

• Conduct regular site visits to assess operational performance and provide guidance on improving efficiency and productivity.

• Collaborate with the executive team to identify market trends, analyze competition, and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

• Participate in new franchise training and ongoing training program development.

What You'll Bring With You:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university OR· 6 years related experience and/or training

• Experience in the painting industry required

• Strong sales, operations, and administration acumen

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable

• Able to travel 25%-30% of the time

Work setting:  In-office

Compensation: Base Salary Monthly bonus opportunities up to $5,000

Ability to commute/relocate:  Austin, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
