Your Role
As a Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for working with buyers and sellers and managing the client experience from initial consultation through closing.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding promptly to inbound client inquiries and assigned opportunities
- Following up consistently with prospective buyers and sellers
- Conducting buyer and seller consultations
- Showing properties and hosting open houses
- Preparing and presenting offers
- Negotiating contracts within the scope of your license and applicable regulations
- Managing client communication throughout the transaction
- Coordinating with clients, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other transaction professionals
- Maintaining accurate records and timely follow-up within the team's CRM
- Developing and maintaining a personal sphere and pipeline
- Participating in team training, meetings, coaching and professional development
- Staying current with local market conditions and real estate practices
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for licensed Florida real estate professionals who are:

Qualifications
- Active Florida real estate license required
- Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and use CRM and other technology systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while participating in a team environment
