What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Team Member - PC position at Reset Group?
At Porch Conversions, we hand build custom 4-track windows and doors that transform outdoor spaces into 3-season rooms. Each order is tailor made to fit into any area. Our customers are looking to transform their existing deck, patio, or porch into a relaxing getaway. Our top priority is the experience our customers embrace as attributed to the use of our product.
The production team works to build 40-60 completed units (80-100 in peak season) per day utilizing a variety of saws, hand tools, various punches and drills, and additional small tools.
Must be able to work Monday thru Thursday, 6:30am – 4:30pm
Able to work safely
Must have the ability to stand, bend and twist while working at a station or table for extended periods of time
Ability to operate various hand tools
Demonstrate teamwork, cooperate with peers and supervisors
Able to work with minimal supervision
Excellent attendance
