Job Description:
Reserve Hearing Center is currently seeking a dedicated and organized individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist in the Brook Park area. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of the front office, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and provide a positive first impression
- Manage patient flow and ensure efficient scheduling of appointments
- Handle a multi-phone system and provide excellent customer service
- Enter and manage data in the electronic filing system
- Collect payments and verify insurance information
- Work in collaboration with the team to maintain a positive and professional environment
- Utilize computer skills and office software systems, including Word, Excel, Email, and scanning/faxing equipment
- Perform administrative and executive support tasks
Qualifications:
- High school degree preferred or equivalent work history
- At least 2 years of experience in Administrative Support roles
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of office software systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in multi-phone line support
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
