What You’ll Be Working On
Process Improvement in Action
- Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support data collection and analysis to evaluate operational efficiency and performance
- Measure and validate the impact of improvement initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and implement process enhancements
- Support continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, and efficiency
- Help develop, document, and standardize new procedures and best practices
- Ensure all process improvements align with Reser’s quality, food safety, and operational standards
- Learn how engineering decisions directly impact production, cost, and customer satisfaction
- Hands-on experience inside a large-scale food manufacturing operation
- Exposure to real engineering challenges—not just classroom simulations
- Mentorship from experienced manufacturing and continuous improvement professionals

- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business, or a related field
