Principle Duties And Responsibilities
- Drives growth for Reser’s, achieving company growth objectives for the Route Sales division.
- Conducts effective product presentations and competitive product cuttings.
- Demonstrates sales success with product placement at existing and new accounts.
- Plans and executes mutually successful promotional strategies for Reser’s and our customers.
- Collaborates in planning and leading of marketing events at retail level to drive Reser’s brand awareness and market share.
- Communicates effectively and collaborate across departments within Reser’s including customer service, marketing, accounting, and operations.
- Calling on Walmart Market Managers and making HQ Calls for DSD through Bentonville
- Along with brokers, executes plans for successful merchandising and schematics of Reser’s product at retail level.
- Visits with current accounts and meets with store management to discuss service levels and ways to build additional volume.
- Prepare and present sales analysis reports
- 3 years of relevant sales experience required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience in retail grocery and/or foodservice industry preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to learn, seeking growth and development.
- Communicates effectively and ability to problem solve.
- Thrives within a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Office environment.
- Travel up to 45% of the time.
