Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day client accounts and communications
- Support account managers in developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and internal teams
- Prepare reports, presentations, and account status updates
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Track account performance, metrics, and customer feedback
- Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth transitions
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to meet client needs
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in account management, customer service, sales, or internships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
