This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking an entry point into community outreach, customer service, event marketing, fundraising, and public relations. No prior experience is required—paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided.
Position Overview
As a Community Outreach Representative, you will engage directly with the public at live events, community programs, and outreach campaigns. You will represent nonprofit partners and help increase awareness, engagement, and community support through face-to-face interactions.
This is a field-based, in-person role (not remote and not a call center position) focused on real-world communication and community impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit and charitable organizations at community events and outreach campaigns
- Engage with the public in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner
- Communicate campaign goals, missions, and initiatives clearly
- Answer questions and provide accurate information about outreach efforts
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and on-site support
- Encourage community participation and engagement
- Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic presence
