Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Serve as the school's Testing Coordinator, leading the planning, administration, security, and compliance of all local, state, and national assessments.
  • Coordinate all testing programs, including EOC, ACT, PSAT, PreACT, AP, MAP, and other required assessments, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.
  • Manage testing accommodations in collaboration with the Director of Exceptional Children to ensure compliance with IEP, 504, and English Learner requirements.
  • Train and supervise testing administrators and proctors while maintaining secure testing environments and documentation.
  • Monitor school accountability metrics, including academic achievement, growth, graduation rates, participation, and other state accountability indicators.
  • Analyze and interpret student performance data to identify trends, monitor progress toward school improvement goals, and inform instructional decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain data dashboards, reports, and presentations for school leadership, instructional teams, the Board of Directors, and state reporting requirements.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of student assessment and accountability data across Infinite Campus, assessment platforms, and state reporting systems.
  • Coordinate assessment calendars, testing logistics, reporting timelines, and accountability deadlines while serving as the primary liaison with NCDPI and other oversight agencies.
  • Lead testing investigations, resolve assessment irregularities, and support audits and compliance reviews as needed.
  • Provide professional development and ongoing support to faculty and staff in assessment literacy, data analysis, and effective use of student achievement data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the school's mission, instructional priorities, and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in education or data-related field.
  • Demonstrated experience using data to inform decision-making.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with state accountability systems and charter school reporting requirements.
  • Experience using Infinite Campus and data visualization tools.
