We are committed to whole-person care and intentional clinician-client matching to support meaningful, lasting change. In addition to clinical services, RTC partners with organizations to provide trauma-informed counseling, mental health consultations, and wellness resources.
About the Role
We are currently seeking a part-time Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor to join our team in Durham, NC. This is a hybrid role with in-person office availability Wednesday through Saturday, along with flexibility for virtual sessions.
This position is ideal for a provisionally licensed clinician who is ready to grow clinically, build a caseload, and receive structured, high-quality supervision within a supportive and accountable environment.
As part of this role, you will:
- Provide client-centered therapy to individuals and/or couples
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners when appropriate
- Build and sustain a consistent caseload
Supervision is provided as part of employment.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or related field
- Provisionally licensed or license-eligible in North Carolina (LCMHCA or equivalent)
- Foundational knowledge in mental health and therapeutic modalities
- Experience or interest in relationship counseling and holistic care
- Strong case management and care coordination skills
- Comfort providing hybrid services (in-person and virtual)
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
