Job Summary And Qualifications
The Shared Director of Environmental Services is responsible for administration and organization of Environmental Services Department over 2 facilities. Director follows federal, state and local standards to assure the highest degree of cleanliness and care for patients, staff and other guests. Ensures the highest quality of care, service, customer satisfaction and compliance with all JCAHO guidelines. Regularly meets with department directors to ensure quality standards are being met in all areas of hospital. Must be able to motivate, train, and coach a large and diverse staff.

Regularly meets with department directors to ensure quality standards are being met in all areas of hospital. Must be able to motivate, train, and coach a large and diverse staff.
What qualifications you will need:
- B.S. degree in management or related field preferred.
- NEHA certification preferred.
- Minimum five years experience in management/supervision; preferably in an acute-care hospital setting
- Must be experienced with Labor Management Software
