Coordinates all potential transplant patient evaluations. Serves as liaison with the transplant team, nephrologists, consulting services, dialysis facilities, dietitians, and social workers as they involve pre-transplant patients. Coordinates and presents all preoperative teaching and scheduling for recipients and living donors. Coordinates flow of patients on UNOS waiting list with OPO.
