Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Receiving
Location: 2533 Mechanicsville Turnpike, Richmond, VA 23223
Pay: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
We are hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment. This is a hands-on position for someone who works accurately, stays organized, and enjoys being part of a reliable team.
Daily Responsibilities- Pick and pack customer orders
- Prepare products and pallets for shipment
- Process outgoing shipments using UPS WorldShip and web-based systems
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
- Verify quantities and check products for damage
- Assist with inventory counts and record accuracy
- Report shipping or inventory discrepancies
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Help the warehouse team complete daily priorities
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and inventory systems
- Able to communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and help wherever needed
- $20–$22 per hour, based on experience
