This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technical documents, solving customer challenges, and collaborating across departments to deliver accurate, competitive bids.Position Overview The successful candidate will review blueprints and specifications to generate estimates, prepare formal proposals, support customers throughout the quotation process, and ensure accurate project follow-through. We are looking for someone organized, self-driven, confident with technology, and able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesReview blueprints and specifications to generate cost estimatesEnter and manage data within CRM and ERP systemsFollow up on active bids and projectsRespond to customer inquiries and resolve issuesCommunicate with customers via phone and email regarding pricing, specifications, and order statusAssist with special projects as assignedQualificationsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to build and maintain professional relationshipsHigh attention to detail and organizationSelf-motivated and team-orientedProficiency in computer systems and data entryCRM familiarity preferredExperience in sales, customer service, or estimating encouraged but not requiredCompensation & Benefits Salary commensurate with experience.
