Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Sales Support Specialist to manage sales activities for customers and resellers, support territory growth, and ensure order compliance with U.S. export regulations. This role combines customer support, sales coordination, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and promote sales within assigned territories (direct and reseller channels)
- Prepare quotes, process orders, confirm payment terms, and resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and export compliance records
- Coordinate with Finance, Shipping, and Export Compliance to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Support resellers and maintain customer databases
- Provide basic technical support and coordinate repairs
- Assist with trade shows, training coordination, and marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of sales/marketing support or related experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP experience preferred
- Experience with international shipping/export regulations is a plus
This is an onsite position in Cookeville, TN with occasional travel required.

Required education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is desired, or comparable work experience.
- 2 years' experience in Sales and Marketing support or related field desired.
