About the Role
Looking for a role where you can make an immediate impact and learn every day? As an Onboarding & Implementation Coordinator, you’ll help clients hit the ground running with RDG solutions. You’ll learn the ins and outs of our technology, solve problems, and ensure clients have a seamless start. What You’ll Do
- Support client onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience and help clients realize value quickly.
- Track onboarding milestones and resolve challenges to keep projects on schedule.
- Act as a reliable and friendly point of contact for clients throughout onboarding.
- Respond promptly to client questions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Learn new product features and assist clients in integrating tools into their workflows.
- Prepare and maintain SEC filing and other base documents according to RDG standards.
- Develop and validate linked Excel workbooks, ensuring formulas, named ranges, and data mappings are correct.
- Troubleshoot basic software issues and coordinate with technical teams for complex problems.
- Maintain positive and professional interactions with clients and team members.

- Ability to follow technical documentation and maintain clear internal notes.
- Previous 2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles preferred.
- Familiarity with SEC filings or financial documents is a plus.
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience.
