The Claims Analyst plays a vital role in bridging the gap between insurance carriers, homeowners, and our project management team. This position ensures that every client’s property loss claim is handled with integrity, accuracy, and an uncompromising attention to detail.
At Rescue Restoration, our mission is to restore homes and rebuild trust. The Claims Analyst upholds that mission by reviewing damage reports, interpreting insurance estimates, identifying scope deficiencies, preparing supplements, and advocating for fair and code-compliant compensation on behalf of our clients.
This individual must have strong technical knowledge of construction materials, insurance policy interpretation, and Xactimate estimating software, combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Claims Analyst is a critical member of our operations team — ensuring every project is built right, paid correctly, and documented thoroughly.
