Roll-Off Driver (Non-CDL)
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Roll-Off Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering, picking up, and dumping roll-off containers at customer locations, including residential, commercial, and construction sites. Drivers must operate equipment safely, follow all local and company regulations, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate roll-off trucks to deliver, retrieve, and dump containers
- Transport loads to designated disposal sites and properly unload materials
- Perform routine pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Ensure proper placement and secure transport of containers
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, dumps, and routes
- Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch
- Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Experience operating roll-off or similar equipment is preferred.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Ability to Commute:
- Alexandria, VA (Preferred)
