About the Role:
Join RESCUE Outdoor Living LLC as a Landscape Foreman and lead our dedicated team in creating breathtaking outdoor spaces. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily landscape operations and manage a team of skilled landscapers.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in safe, working condition.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Implement landscape designs, including planting, hardscaping, and irrigation systems.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise on-site.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment for all team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscape management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape design, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Relevant certifications in landscaping or horticulture are a plus.
- Ability to Operate Numous Heavy equiptment and Tools
- Clean Driver Record and Valid License
- Irrigation installation knowledge a plus
- How to understand and build natural scapes and hardscapes (walls, patios, ext..)
4 Day 10 Hour Day work week- Friday are required if we get rained out during week. Saturdays are rarley Required
