WAREHOUSE UTILITY WORKER II (Full Time, Second Shift) Schedule : Monday through Friday (04:00 PM - 12:30 AM) Payrate : $17.30 per hour Since its establishment in 1887, the Rescue Mission has been committed to translating love into tangible actions through the provision of food, shelter, clothing, and support services. The Rescue Mission is currently seeking a full-time Utility Worker II(second shift) for our warehouse. In this role, the Utility Worker II will assist the Production Manager and Production Team Leaders in all aspects of keeping the warehouse organized to maintain an environment that maximizes production efficiency and safety. Responsible for warehouse’s and store’s shipments and deliveries. Education & Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred
• 3 years warehouse experience required
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Needed to Perform Effectively in this Position:

• Requires satisfactory completion of a forklift training program
• Ability to safely use warehouse equipment – pallet jacks, baler, ladders etc.
• Willingness to continue to learn new skills as needed
• Ability to work in a changing environment – flexible to new assignments
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for the mission and vision of the organization
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Job requires lifting and bending
• Available to work Sundays on a rotating schedule
• Cleaning is required.
