Sales & marketing support services company specializing in foodservice is seeking a candidate for a Data Center Associate position. In this role you will acquire all details necessary to accurately process responses received for various client programs, handle rebate administration, which includes screening for program eligibility and entry into specialized programming. In addition, duties will also include completing outbound calls to foodservice businesses and obtaining feedback on client product samples by following a predetermined script, while providing high quality, friendly customer service. Position is an in-person role at our facility in Hudson WI and is full-time Monday - Friday.
Applicant must be a self-motivated individual who is proactive, accepts challenges, able to problem-solve and provide solutions, able to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines and is very detail oriented. Candidate must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
