We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Develop detailed project schedules using project management tools to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to accurately interpret project requirements and scope of work.
- Supervise project teams on-site to ensure efficient workflow, timely problem resolution, and adherence to project schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance; address issues promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including logs, reports, change orders, and correspondence for transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in construction
- Solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction estimating processes.
- Demonstrated ability in project scheduling and project coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for clear collaboration with clients, teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be coachable

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
