Part-Time Customer Service Representative
Are you a friendly, organized, and dependable professional looking for a part-time opportunity? We're seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team and help provide excellent service to our customers.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Every other Saturday 8 AM - 12 PM
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
- Prepare and process customer billing
- Maintain filing and office records
- Greet and assist customers in person
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior customer service or office experience preferred, but not required

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Must have reliable transportation.
