We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Overnight Courtesy Patrol Officer to ensure the safety and security of our property and residents during nighttime hours. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the property using CCTV surveillance systems and physical inspections to identify potential security issues or hazards.
- Monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to detect suspicious activity or unauthorized access.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, including medical incidents.
- Enforce property rules and policies to prevent theft, vandalism, and loss prevention.
- Provide assistance and courteous service to residents, visitors, and staff during overnight hours.
- Document incidents accurately in reports and communicate effectively with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Perform safety checks on lighting, locks, and other security measures to ensure ongoing protection of the premises.
