Senior Application Engineer (Legal Technology)
Salary: $135k-$170k bonus
Available in the following locations:
Dallas, TX / Austin, TX / Chicago, IL / Philadelphia, PA / Miami, FL / NYC, NY / Boston, MA / DC area / Nashville, TN / Los Angeles, CA / Salt Lake City, UT / Houston, TX
Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in advanced application support, configuration, or innovation focused technical roles
- Strong expertise with e discovery and litigation technology platforms (e.g., Relativity Server/One, Reveal, BrainSpace)
- Experience working with emerging AI and automation technologies
- Solid understanding of application and data integrations, including APIs, ETL, and data pipelines
- Hands on experience with Microsoft SQL, Linux environments, REST APIs, and PowerShell scripting
Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize legal and litigation technology solutions to meet advanced firm requirements
- Lead the integration of cloud and on premises data sources into SaaS platforms
- Serve as a senior escalation point, providing Level 3 application support and resolving complex Level 2 issues
- Partner with vendors to ensure alignment with firm standards, best practices, and efficiency goals
- Manage system upgrades, conversions, and enhancements in coordination with non-IT business partners
- Ensure all applications comply with security, governance, and compliance standards
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation covering configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting
- Act as a subject matter expert for technology initiatives within Litigation Practice Delivery
- Provide operational support, including participation in a shared-on call rotation
