Pay: $17–$20/hr depending on position & experience cash tips
We’re gearing up for race season and looking to add two reliable, energetic team members to our food‑truck crew at the Waterford Speedbowl. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy serving great food to great people, we’d love to meet you.
Position 1: Fry Cook
$18–$20/hr depending on experience tips
Responsibilities:
- Operate fryers and prepare menu items quickly and consistently
- Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and safe
- Work efficiently during high‑volume rushes
- Support the team to keep orders moving smoothly
Ideal for someone who:
- Works well under pressure
- Enjoys hands‑on, fast‑paced tasks
- Has prior kitchen or fryer experience (preferred but not required)
Position 2: Register & Window Attendant
$17–$19/hr depending on experience tips
Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and handle payments
- Provide friendly, upbeat service at the window
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen
- Keep the front area tidy and running smoothly
Ideal for someone who:
- Loves interacting with people
- Has strong communication skills
- Can stay organized during busy periods
Schedule
Saturdays starting May 9th: 2:00 PM until races are finished
Thursdays starting May 28th: 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Seasonal weekend availability is required. Some Sunday's required.
