Performance Tester
Location: Greenwood Village, CO (Hybrid)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Performance Engineer with strong expertise in performance testing, performance engineering, and AI-driven engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance testing tools, observability platforms, and modern distributed architectures, along with knowledge of Agentic AI and AI-assisted engineering tools.
Key Responsibilities & Required Skills
- Performance Testing: Strong hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, and BlazeMeter.
- Agentic AI & AI-Powered Engineering: Experience with Agentic AI and AI-assisted engineering tools used for performance analysis, test automation, observability, and operational intelligence.
- System Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, databases, caching mechanisms, messaging systems, and cloud-native platforms.
- Performance Analysis: Ability to analyze performance metrics across application, infrastructure, and database layers to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Scripting & Programming: Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages, including Python, Java, JavaScript, Groovy, or Shell.
- Monitoring & Observability: Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, and AppDynamics.
- CI/CD & DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and associated tools.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
