Job Title: Claims Processing Specialist (QNXT)
Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in Iowa)

Job Summary
We are seeking Claims Processing Specialists to support a large healthcare client. This is a fully remote opportunity; however, only candidates who currently reside in Iowa are eligible due to state requirements.
The ideal candidate will have prior healthcare claims processing experience and hands-on experience with QNXT.
Required Qualifications
- QNXT experience is required.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of healthcare claims processing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must currently reside in Iowa (no exceptions).
Responsibilities
- Process healthcare claims accurately and efficiently using QNXT.
- Review claims for completeness and compliance with established guidelines.
- Investigate and resolve claim discrepancies.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely claim resolution.
Onboarding Requirement
- Candidates must be comfortable completing Face-to-Face ID Verification at their nearest center during the onboarding process.
