- 3 years of experience in technical recruiting and sourcing within a regulated industry

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Strategy:
- Partner with business leaders and the talent acquisition team to identify and attract world-class talent
- Understand business strategy, culture, and goals to develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Create and execute innovative and role-specific sourcing plans
- Continuously refine recruitment practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Screen applicants and present highly qualified candidate slates to hiring managers
Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment to ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates and stakeholders
- Communicate mission, values, and strategy to effectively promote the employer brand
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, supporting hiring decisions and offer negotiations
- Lead the offer process from initiation through acceptance
Recruitment Expertise & Business Partnership:
- Coach hiring managers on effective attraction, interviewing, and selection best practices
- Build strong partnerships with HR, compliance, legal, relocation, and immigration teams
- Provide market insights and competitive offer guidance
- Ensure full compliance throughout the talent acquisition process
- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments using sound judgment and adaptability
