Job Title: Warehouse
Location: Norwich, CT
Duration: 3 Months Contract
Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Job Overview:
- We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, inventory management, and general warehouse duties.
- This role requires working in a fast-paced environment while following safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, load, unload, and ship products accurately.
- Pick, scan, label, palletize, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Perform product put-away, stretch wrapping, reboxing, and invoicing tasks.
- Assist with will-call orders and route truck loading.
- Support inventory accuracy by investigating discrepancies and completing item transfers.
- Process product returns with Quality Assurance and Accounting to ensure proper credits.
- Complete daily powered equipment inspection forms and report safety concerns.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with all safety and GMP requirements.
- Perform freezer work and assist in other warehouse functions as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and GMP guidelines
