Job Title: Lead Cleaner
Location: Hampton, VA
Pay Rate: $17/hr.
Job Summary:
We’re looking for dependable and detail-oriented Lead Cleaner to join our team in Hampton, VA! In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all. As well as being to the lead to the weekend crew on your shift.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, which may include offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and common areas
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors
- Dust furniture, fixtures, blinds, and vents
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies
- Follow safety procedures and report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors
- Perform other cleaning or facility tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior janitorial, housekeeping, or custodial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
- Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods
