About the Role

We’re seeking a Marketing-first Designer—someone with a strong marketing foundation who also brings high-quality design execution. This role sits at the intersection of lifecycle marketing, brand systems, social content, community, and events, with design as a core skillset rather than the sole focus.

While this role includes hands-on design work across email, web, decks, and brand assets, it is fundamentally a marketing role with design fluency. You’ll own and evolve Republic’s lifecycle and email programs in Braze, oversee social and community initiatives, and plan Republic’s events, AMAs, and webinars—turning creative and marketing efforts into scalable, repeatable systems.

In addition to Republic’s internal initiatives, this role will collaborate closely with Republic’s in-house studio, partnering directly with issuers on paid creative and marketing services for fundraising and growth campaigns.

What You'll Do

Marketing & Growth Ownership

• Own and evolve Republic’s email and lifecycle marketing programs in Braze, applying best practices across segmentation, personalization, accessibility, performance, and deliverability
• Think and operate as a marketer first—using creative and design to drive engagement, conversion, and growth
• Partner closely with growth, marketing, product, and data teams to align creative execution with business goals

Design & Creative Execution

• Design and support a wide range of creative outputs, including:
• Lifecycle and email campaigns (Braze)
• Landing pages and web-first marketing experiences
• Pitch decks, investor materials, and strategic narratives
• Brand and marketing assets across channels
• Build and maintain design systems, templates, and frameworks that enable speed, consistency, and scale
• Think programmatically—turning one-off needs into reusable creative and marketing infrastructure

Social, Community & Events

• Oversee social media strategy and content across Republic brands, balancing brand storytelling, growth, and performance
• Manage and support community engagement across Republic, Note, and INX, in partnership with internal stakeholders
• Plan, oversee, and execute Republic events, including:
• AMAs
• Webinars
• Community and issuer-facing events
• Coordinate creative, messaging, timelines, and execution across channels for each initiative

Studio & Issuer Work

• Contribute to Republic’s in-house studio engagements, partnering with issuers on campaign strategy, creative execution, and marketing systems
• Collaborate directly with founders, startups, and institutional partners across industries and stages
• Deliver scalable creative and marketing solutions that extend beyond one-off campaigns

AI & Systems Thinking

• Apply AI-powered tools thoughtfully to enhance ideation, iteration, personalization, and production efficiency
• Experiment with AI across design, copy, content, and workflow automation
• Build systems and programs that compound value over time

Out Ideal Candidate Has:

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in marketing, growth, or lifecycle-focused roles, with strong hands-on design capabilities
• Proven experience with Braze, including lifecycle strategy and campaign execution
• Strong understanding of email and lifecycle marketing best practices, including:
• Experience designing landing pages and web-first marketing assets
• Strong visual design foundation: typography, layout, hierarchy, and brand systems
• Demonstrated ability to think in marketing systems and programs, not just individual assets
• Comfort using AI-powered tools as a core part of your workflow (required, not optional)

Experience across a modern marketing and design stack, including:

• Braze
• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Presentation tools (Keynote, Google Slides, PowerPoint)
• AI-enabled tools for design, copy, motion, and workflow acceleration
• Project management and collaboration tools (Notion, Asana, Jira, Slack)

Nice to Have:

• Experience owning or collaborating on social media strategy
• Experience managing or supporting community programs
• Experience planning and executing events, AMAs, or webinars
• Interest or experience in motion design (After Effects, Lottie, or similar)
• Advanced experimentation with AI for personalization, rapid prototyping, or creative iteration
• Experience supporting client-facing or studio-style engagements
• Familiarity with fintech, RWAs, crypto, or tokenized asset ecosystems
• Experience working with both startups and institutional stakeholders

Compensation: Base salary: up to $150000 annually. Eligible for discretionary bonus and equity grants, based on skills, experience, and location.
