Republic Valve Service, Inc. is seeking an experienced Relief Valve Technician to join our shop team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on relief valve experience
- Experience working on all major manufacturers’ pressure relief and safety valves
- Experienced in disassembly, inspection, repair, lapping, assembly, setting, and testing of relief valves
- Able to identify damaged or worn components and determine necessary repairs
- Knowledge of proper testing, calibration, and documentation procedures
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Must be dependable, punctual, and report to work on time as scheduled
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work Must be safety-conscious and able to work with minimal supervision
- Must be willing and available to work overtime and weekends as needed
