Studio 10 Cinemas in Shelbyville, IN is a local movie theater looking for part-time concession staff to join our team. Our ideal candidates are attentive, reliable, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Answer guest questions about concession items, movies, and more so they feel comfortable and welcome
- Accurately process cash and credit card transactions to ensure a quick and effective payment processing experience.
- Monitor and maintain food and beverage stock to ensure guests are served safely and efficiently
- Monitor and maintain restrooms, lobby and theaters to ensure a clean and comfortable setting for all guests
- Assist in cleaning tasks as assigned by manager
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Provide outstanding customer service by consistently going above and beyond to ensure all guests enjoy their experience.
- Availability Afternoons, Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
- Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, clean, customer-focused theater
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
