What You’ll Do
As a General Education Teacher at RePublic, your work will focus on the following:
Drive Academic Results

Develop and deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction that challenges and supports all learners.

Use assessment data to monitor scholar progress and adjust instruction to meet diverse academic needs.

Create a classroom environment where scholars feel valued, inspired, and supported to succeed academically and socially.
Foster a Collaborative Culture

Partner with colleagues to design effective lessons, share best practices, and align on instructional strategies.

Participate in weekly professional development sessions, embracing feedback to continuously refine your teaching practice.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (required).

Valid teaching certification or enrollment in a state-accredited Alternative Certification Program by the start of employment.
