Position: Pool Cleaning Technician
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $35,000–$45,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain residential and/or commercial swimming pools.
- Test and balance pool chemicals according to company procedures.
- Vacuum pools, brush surfaces, empty baskets, and clean filters.
- Inspect pool equipment and identify potential maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate service records.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding pool conditions and service needs.
- Safely operate and maintain company equipment and vehicles.
- Follow all company safety procedures and standards.
Qualifications
- Previous pool service or maintenance experience preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift equipment and supplies as required.
- Professional attitude and strong customer-service skills.
Compensation & Growth
Starting salary will range from $35,000 to $45,000 annually, depending on previous pool-service experience, technical knowledge, qualifications, and overall skill level.
