Skills, Qualifications, & Responsibilities:
- Ability to operate in a team-oriented and fast paced environment
- Identify sales and service opportunities to assist prospective customers
- Engage with customers both in person and over the phone to provide support
- Proactively solve problems for customers to ensure high overall satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships and collaborate with internal partners in order to assist customers
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new areas of the industry to help better serve our customers
- Weekends as needed
