Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Bath & Kitchen Sales consultant to join our team in Pembroke. Our busy showroom provides a great atmosphere for both customers and employees.
We are looking for people that want to provide great customer service and have the drive to sell. Experience in the Bath & Kitchen industry is required. We provide product training for all new hires for all manufacturers we support. We also provide training on our ERP for all new hires to gain familiarity with our systems.
Responsibilities:
- Working with homeowners interested in major home renovations or a simple faucet replacement.
- Developing trade relationships with plumbers, builders, designers and investors to drive business.
- Attending new product and sales trainings to stay up to date with the latest trends.
- Following up on customer bids and open orders.
- Working with customers to resolve delivery or product issues as they arise.
Requirements:
- Sales or customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Being personable and easy to work with.
- Familiarity with Microsoft excel, work and outlook.
- Ability to multi-task
- Being reliable and having a drive to constantly improve
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
