Position Summary:
- Delivers predictable, high-quality four-handed support for implant, cosmetic, and digital workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong support for Four-handed dentistry in restorative procedures and implant placements, oral surgery, and composite bonding.
- Acquire and process digital radiographs and intraoral scans; assist with Chairside CAD/CAM.
- Fabricate and adjust provisional restorations; manage instrument setup and sterilization.
- Educate patients on existing oral disease, treatment recommendations, digital workflows, and post-operative care.
Qualifications:
- Active RDA license and current CPR certification.
- 1–2 years of experience in implant, cosmetic, and digital dentistry environments (not a must, but desirable).
- Proficiency with digital scanners (iTero) and CAD systems (3D printers).
- Strong initiative, consistency, calm under pressure, one-team mentality.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $20–$25/hr signing bonus after 90 days (for qualified applicants).
- Quarterly performance bonuses are based on a transparent points system.
