Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Implant, Cosmetic & Digital Dentistry Specialist

Location: Republic Dental & Orthodontics, Pleasanton, TX (approx. 30 min from downtown SA)

Position Summary:

• Delivers predictable, high-quality four-handed support for implant, cosmetic, and digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong support for Four-handed dentistry in restorative procedures and implant placements, oral surgery, and composite bonding.
• Acquire and process digital radiographs and intraoral scans; assist with Chairside CAD/CAM.
• Fabricate and adjust provisional restorations; manage instrument setup and sterilization.
• Educate patients on existing oral disease, treatment recommendations, digital workflows, and post-operative care.

Qualifications:

• Active RDA license and current CPR certification.
• 1–2 years of experience in implant, cosmetic, and digital dentistry environments (not a must, but desirable).
• Proficiency with digital scanners (iTero) and CAD systems (3D printers).
• Strong initiative, consistency, calm under pressure, one-team mentality.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $20–$25/hr signing bonus after 90 days (for qualified applicants).
• Quarterly performance bonuses are based on a transparent points system.
