The Thermoforming/Extrusion Operator works at the direction of the Production Senior Lead and the Production Supervisor to ensure that the company safely and efficiently produces the highest quality products. This person is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all thermoforming and/or extrusion production equipment and performing minor repairs as directed or trained. Actively and professionally trains less experienced full-time and temporary associates in order to meet and exceed the company’s production needs.
Requirements:
· 3 years of manufacturing experience.
· A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
· Experience in plastics, thermoforming and extrusion is preferred.

Compensation: (paid biweekly)
· Thermoforming Operators start at $16.00/hr with a $1.00/hr increase after successfully completing training during the first month.
· Extrusion Operators start at $17.50/hr.
· $1.00 night shift differential for both positions.
Other details:
· Full-time position.
· 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM.
· 2 days on, 2 days off and 3-day weekends (every other weekend).
· 30 days of training on 8-hour shifts.
