Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Diagnose equipment issues to reduce downtime and support production.
- Repair or replace defective components, assemblies, motors, controls, and machine parts.
- Assist with equipment installation, relocation, commissioning, and routine inspections.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service documentation.
- Work with production teams to identify issues and maintain safe work practices.
- 2 years industrial, plant, manufacturing, or equipment maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience with mechanical repair and electrical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with motors, VFDs, PLC systems, control panels, hydraulics, or pneumatics preferred.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, meters, diagnostic equipment, and shop tools.
- Ability to read schematics, equipment drawings, or maintenance manuals is a plus.
