About Us:
We’re a growing event rental company based in Charleston, SC, and we’re actively expanding our team. We provide rental items for weddings, parties, and events throughout the Charleston area. As our business grows, we’re looking for reliable part-time weekend help to support deliveries, pickups, and warehouse operations.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking dependable team members who can assist with loading, delivering, and setting up event rental items such as tables, chairs, linens, and more. This role also includes organizing inventory and helping prepare orders in the warehouse. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and feel comfortable occasionally driving a box truck.
What You’ll Do:
- Load, deliver, and pick up rental items for events
- Set up tables, chairs, and event equipment as needed
- Follow delivery schedules and inventory checklists
- Assist with warehouse organization and order preparation
- Ensure items are clean, organized, and ready for upcoming events
- Work primarily on weekends with occasional weekday shifts as needed
Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Comfortable driving a box truck (experience preferred but not required)
- Able to lift and move heavy items (tables, chairs, décor, etc.)
- Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
- Customer-friendly demeanor (you’ll often be onsite at events)
Pay:
Approximately $20 to $25 an hour based on experience usually will add up to $160–$200 per day, depending on workload and number of events.
