Responsibilities:
- Wipe tables or seats with sanitizer
- Set tables
- Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning
- Perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties in establishments, such as dining rooms or bar, to facilitate customer service
- Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes and remove trash
- Fill ice dispensers
- Communicate with server and host to expedite efficient seating, table utilization, and customer service
- Inspect restrooms throughout shift, clean as needed
- Stock liquor, beer, and wine
- Empty bus tubs as needed
- Wash glassware
- Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred
- Skilled with the use of hand tools needed for the position
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
