- Researches and collaborates on corporate giving strategy.
- Coordinates fundraising efforts for company initiatives.
- Manages event planning for local organization partnerships.
- Represents Republic Airways and CCR at community events as needed.
- Helps plan and implement departmental programs.
- Collaborates with other departments to create CCR opportunities across the company.
- Writes communication posts and creates graphics/digital content for intern/external communication purposes.
- Maintains necessary files related to partnerships and sponsorships.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or similar field of study
- Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business group
- Strong analytical skill
- Has a passion for being involved in the community
- Able to effectively communicate and present information to senior management.
- Ability to work onsite at our Carmel Headquarters location, unless otherwise directed by hiring manager
- Ability to work up to 40 hours per week with a minimum of 20 hours for spring and fall interns
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
