Position Overview:
The Operations Manager at RepScrubs will oversee the daily operations of the organization, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of products and services to customers. This role will be responsible for managing supply chain logistics, operational workflows, team leadership, and process optimization to support the company’s growth and mission. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operational excellence, leadership in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of business systems and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operations Management
· Oversee and optimize daily operational activities, including supply chain, logistics, inventory, and facility management.
· Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
· Partner with leadership to align operational goals and organizational strategy.
· Process Improvement and Efficiency
· Identify opportunities for operational improvement through data analysis, process mapping, and technology.
· Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance productivity across departments.
· Team Leadership and Development
· Manage, train, and develop operational staff to maintain a high-performance culture.
· Set performance goals, provide coaching, and foster collaboration and accountability.
· Financial and Resource Management
· Ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
· Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
· Quality Assurance and Compliance
· Ensure operations meet all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
· Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and compliance across all operational areas.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Collaborate closely with Product Development, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure operational alignment and seamless execution.
· Communicate key operational insights, risks, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
· Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in operations or supply chain management.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to manage and optimize operations in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
· Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics CRM 365 preferred), logistics management, and process improvement tools.
· Experience with PowerBI and Analytics preferred.
· Strong expertise in MS Office suite preferred. Especially Excel and Word.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in healthcare, technology, or service-based industries.
· Knowledge of compliance standards and safety regulations.
· Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement training.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
