Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise evening restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high-quality food presentation.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to meet safety standards and customer expectations.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, billing, and inventory tracking.
- Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Train, develop, and motivate staff members to deliver excellent customer service and uphold restaurant standards.
- Supervise shift management, including scheduling staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and dining area aligned with food safety standards.
- Support budgeting efforts by monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurants; fine dining or casual dining experience is a plus.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.

- Demonstrated supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant settings with team management responsibilities.
