What are the responsibilities and job description for the Print Production Coordinator position at Reprographics, Inc?
This is a long term, part-time, position at a small family owned and operated printing business in Fort Collins, CO.
We are looking to add an organized, hard working person that likes to work within a small here in our printshop.
Approx. 15-20 hours/wk during normal business hours M-F (hours may vary during initial training period). Potential for more hours when we are short staffed.
Printing experience is required. If you don’t have any, no need to apply.
Experience with Fiery / Konica Minolta and Canon Large Format printers is a plus, but not required.
Candidates must have good written and verbal communication skills to work closely with our production staff and customers. We're looking for dependable, self-driven, candidates. While we do provide on the job training, we seek candidates that are good independent learners that are interested in our industry.
Basic working experience with Adobe Creative apps and MS apps is needed.
Main Responsibilities Include:
Customer Interactions (taking orders, creating invoices, taking payments)
- this includes email, phone and in person
Provide customer quotes via email as needed
Notify customers of completed jobs and provide amount due
Inspect client files to confirm they meet our printer systems requirements
Monitor timelines and workflow to make sure production is on schedule
Monitor materials inventory and assist in ordering and tracking shipping
Troubleshoot basic issues w/workstations and network connectivity
Basic network navigation / Software updates on workstations
Communication with offsite IT support team when needed (esp. for server)
Additional Responsibilities include:
Scanning documents
Occasional operation of large format printers and a short-run small format digital printer
Occasionally perform Finishing - cutting, scoring, folding, laminating
Finishing Experience is a plus but not required. Training provided.
Position requires standing/walking. On occasion this can last 1-2 hours. Occasional lifting of print materials and supplies of up to 40 lbs for brief moments.
Valid Colorado Driver License required for occasional local deliveries with company vehicle if we are short staffed.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
