We are looking for a Bilingual Mandarin IVF Coordinator to support our Internal Departments. You will get to know all aspects of our company and will be involved in a wide range of projects and company initiatives to support our growth.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proficiency and fluent reading, writing, and speaking in Mandarin Chinese/English
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to perform work involving independent judgement, accuracy and speed, maintain confidential files and prepare materials
- Daily upkeep of spreadsheets on Google Sheets or other IT tools
- Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Composes, types, and distributes professional correspondence and memoranda
