The Role
We are hiring a Marketplace Operations Lead to help run and scale RepRally’s core engine, a fast-growing network of stores, brands, and reps powering real-world commerce.
This is a GM-style role at the center of the company. You will own performance across markets, use data to improve marketplace efficiency, and launch initiatives that unlock growth. You will work both in the field and behind the dashboard: part analyst, part operator, part builder.
It is an ideal role for someone from DoorDash, Uber, Instacart, Amazon, McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or finance who wants to move from analysis to ownership. You will learn how to build and scale a marketplace that moves physical goods in the real world and implement modern AI tools for people who have never had access to them.
What You’ll Do
• Design and improve playbooks for expansion, rep efficiency, discounts, and store engagement
• Own marketplace performance across key regions including supply-demand balance, revenue operations, subsidies, and growth
• Turn store and sales data into systems, dashboards, goals, and actions
• Partner with brands, CPGs, and retailers to open new distribution channels
• Work cross-functionally with product and data teams to automate, measure, and scale
• Act as a GM for your market, make decisions, run experiments, and deliver outcomes quickly

• 4–8 years of experience in top tech, consulting, or finance
• Strong command of modeling, data, and P&L ownership
• Analytical thinker who thrives on structure and precision

Salary : $150,000 - $210,000
